New UCLA Study Finds Decades of Pervasive Law Enforcement Mistreatment of LGBTQ People in the U.S.

A new analysis from the University of California Los Angeles School of Law’s Williams Institute concludes that LGBTQ people across the United States have faced widespread and ongoing mistreatment by law enforcement for at least 25 years, with transgender people, LGBTQ people of color, and youth reporting the harshest treatment.
