RuPaul Reveals Nasty Madonna Encounter: 'Worthless Eunuch'
Emell Adolphus READ TIME: 1 MIN.
Another day another story about early Madonna being nasty to the people around her in her bid for superstardom. According to RuPaul, he was no different when they met back in the 1980s.
As reported by The Daily Mail, RuPaul is gearing up to drop some major tea in his memoir, "The House Of Hidden Meanings," which will be released March 5. Among his personal stories are some claims about what it was like to know – or rather know of – the Queen of Pop.
After first meeting at the Pyramid Club in NYC, and seeing Madonna on and off around town, they finally had a head on counter, and RuPaul recounts that he felt Madonna saw him as a "worthless eunuch."
"In clocking me as a eunuch, I became worthless to her," said RuPaul, and she saw every relationship as a "transaction." But according to him, her coldness didn't bother him because she reminded him of his mother, who was also "cold to a fault."
As a result, RuPaul said he never felt close to his parents, calling his mom and dad "narcissistic" people whose "needs superseded whatever mine were."
Whew.
Ru seems to be really going there with this one, and we wonder what secrets will spill out the book next. Will you be reading?
