Get your first look at Ryan Murphy's very first series for Netflix, the satirical comedy "The Politician," with an all-star cast.

About the show:

Payton Hobart (Ben Platt), a wealthy student from Santa Barbara, California, has known since age seven that he's going to be the President of the United States. But first, he'll have to navigate the most treacherous political landscape of all: Saint Sebastian High School. To get elected Student Body President, secure a spot at Harvard, and stay on his singular path to success, Payton will have to outsmart his ruthless classmates without sacrificing his morality and carefully crafted image.

Along with the Tony Award-winning Platt, "The Politician," which will be eight hour-long episodes, also stars Gwyneth Paltrow, Jessica Lange, Zoey Deutch, Lucy Boynton, Julia Schlaepfer, Laura Dreyfuss, Rahne Jones, Theo Germaine, David Corenswet, Bob Balaban and Benjamin Barrett.

Judith Light, Bette Middler and Dylan McDermott star in guest roles.

Murphy left Fox in 2018 for a massive $300 million deal to work for Netflix over the next five years. The move came shortly before Disney purchased Fox, including FX — the network where Murphy created hit shows like "Pose," "American Crime Story" and "American Horror Story."

"The Politician" hits Netflix on Sept. 27. Check out the trailer below.
